Guided by Mr. Hank Chan’s extensive 18+ years of experience in the amorphous industry, we have built a robust portfolio in OEM and ODM services, serving over 200 esteemed clients, including Huawei, Geli, and Jinquanhua.
As a full-service, one-stop amorphous core manufacturer, we offer a comprehensive range of services, including coating, slitting, stamping, winding, annealing, and custom assembly. Our R&D team is committed to providing technical support, design review, and testing from the initial concept through production. They are also capable of handling both standard and custom fabrications in any quantity, ensuring that our products meet the performance needs and expectations of customers.
Our production capabilities are marked by a high degree of automation, featuring 22 winding machines, 5 annealing equipment, 4 automatic dispensing machines, 5 automatic assembly machines, 10 inductor testers and 1 CCD auto-inspect machine . This advanced automation not only enhances our annual production capacity to 12,000,000 units but also ensures meticulous quality inspection at every production stage.
In the industry, we stand out for our various selection of amorphous and nanocrystalline materials, available in all types and thicknesses, perfect for standard core sizes and custom tape winding toroidal assemblies.
